Scholarship Application

The symposium will support the attendance of limited number of physicians in training by providing free symposium full registration in the fields of Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology, Medical oncology and surgical Oncology. The prospective physicians are required to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation prior to March 14, 2008 to be considered for the fellowship. Abstracts will be reviewed by the symposium scientific committee and selections will be made based on the scientific merit. Since the availability of the fellowships is limited, interested physicians are encouraged to submit their abstracts sooner than the stated deadline.

Abstracts should be submitted to microspheresymposium@goshenhealth.com e-mail address as a word file attachment. Please specify SCHOLARSHIP ABSTRACT in the subject area. Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific program committee. Please follow the abstract preparation and submission guidelines in the “Abstract Submission” section.
